We think of details and overall, lasting comfort for you and the people who will be using it. We think of the word home and we act accordingly. Dimensions are always elegantly balanced by an efficiently designed space. You can find more information below, where we have disassembled "atomic" houses for better clarity.

An example of a cleverly designed space are "custom made" built-in stairs with storage space that lead to the upper floor, a relaxation area equipped with a comfortable mattress on the floorboards.

The absolute basis of our idea is 100% comfort in all weathers. That's why we work with the highest quality insulation and proven mounting systems. Forget moisture, mold or destructive pests. We carefully choose the individual components and materials according to their service life and their composition eliminates everything that could disrupt your perfect well-being.
FLOOR
Layer by layer
HEATFLOW® underfloor heating is built into the entire area of the house and will warm you even in the shower! The steel floor frame IPE 220 is filled exclusively using selected KVH prisms. The grid is equipped with top mineral thermal insulation ISOVER, which is unbeatable at the market. The individual mounting parts are provided with a double primer. Full-area formwork on both sides (see below).

A universal facade suitable for any environment, which looks great no matter where you settle the house. Because our goal is to get luxury to customers at an affordable price, we chose this species, which is significantly more resistant than, for example, spruce or pine, and significantly cheaper than exotic woody plants. A clear choice that resonates strongly with our approach. Building material from a manufacturer with a tradition dating back to 1915.

On the roofs of our NANO houses we use a proven sheet metal roofing from the traditional brand SATJAM, a Czech manufacturer that holds a SZV certificate and has been operating on the market since 1995. Below is a detailed description of everything under the roofing itself.
