It is always good to start in peace and without unnecessary worries. This also applies to a new house. That is why, of course, we are happy to arrange transport and all the service around you. We have the technology at hand, thanks to which everything operates as precisely as a Swiss watch. NANO-DOMY in this respect allows unprecedented speed of execution and flexibility. Thanks to that, the whole process is a matter of hours.
Transport
Before the actual transport, as soon as we carefully evaluate the parameters of your land and its availability, we choose transport by truck with regard to the dimensions of a specific NANO-HOUSE. You choose day D, we will load and bring you a new home to the place.
Establishment
As soon as we bring the finished house to you, we will set it on your land using a truck crane. This event won't take us more time than the average movie. We select the crane again on the basis of a previous technical analysis of the land and the building, for example with regard to the total handling space or the required reach of its arm.
Ground screws
Revolutionary ground screws are a cheap, fast and environmentally friendly solution. They are simply the best way to start a building and make you forget all the pitfalls associated with building common costly foundations. They allow immediate loading. There is also an end to breaks after concreting, digging and removing excavated soil. We also use this technology to compensate for unevenness in the target terrain. As part of mobility, screws will be commonly used on other land in the future, as they can be dismantled. We will select the ideal type of screws directly on your plot by testing the bearing capacity of the soil. The load test consists of pressure, tensile and lateral parts. q
Concrete feet
Concrete footings represent the second proven option, which is very common in our meadows and groves, allows a stable foundation and the solution of terrain unevenness. The construction of concrete footings is longer, for example with regard to the maturation of concrete. When it comes to the depth of the foundations, the key is to achieve a non-freezing depth, which depends on the location. In our climatic conditions it is usually 90 - 120 cm.
Connection to IS
Every new NANO house is automatically adapted for immediate connection to standard engineering networks. This process is again a matter of a few hours. Water flows into the home using a standard water pipe connection. The central waste outlet is conveniently located on the edge of the house. For electrical, we recommend a 3x25 A circuit breaker, do not hesitate to consult us regarding the connection to the IS, our experienced technicians will be happy to answer specific questions and explain all possibilities.
